Epicor Bookkeeper/Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions, including cash flow, expenses, and sales, utilizing spreadsheets or accounting software. 
- Update and maintain the general ledger, ensuring it accurately reflects all financial data. 
- Perform reconciliations, such as bank reconciliations, to verify the accuracy of financial transactions and account balances. 
- Prepare financial statements based on general ledger data, including for tax filing and loan applications. 
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and following up on overdue payments. 
- Administer payroll, ensuring accurate and timely employee payments, and handle deductions and benefits management. 
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience with Epicor ERP software. 
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. 
- Proficiency in financial recordkeeping, reconciliation, and financial statement preparation. 
- Experience with accounts payable, receivable, and payroll management. 
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. 
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
