Epicor Bookkeeper/Accountant
Responsibilities:
Record daily financial transactions, including cash flow, expenses, and sales, utilizing spreadsheets or accounting software.
Update and maintain the general ledger, ensuring it accurately reflects all financial data.
Perform reconciliations, such as bank reconciliations, to verify the accuracy of financial transactions and account balances.
Prepare financial statements based on general ledger data, including for tax filing and loan applications.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and following up on overdue payments.
Administer payroll, ensuring accurate and timely employee payments, and handle deductions and benefits management.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience with Epicor ERP software.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in financial recordkeeping, reconciliation, and financial statement preparation.
Experience with accounts payable, receivable, and payroll management.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
